Seri let out an internal sigh of relief when Misha took the lead. She honestly had no clue where she was suppose to go. She hadn't been in camp for over a year and a half from her monster travels. Most of the places she was still trying to remember. It had taken her the whole first day back just to find the mess hall and her own freaking cabin. It was like she was a newbie all over again.
"How long has it been since you've been to the forge, Lovely?"
Seri cleared her throat in embarrassment. He knew! Gods, he knew she had no idea where she was going. Heck he knew already might as well stick to the truth.
"It's," She glanced at him with a meek smile, "Been awhile; a long while." She gracefully trailed after him, watching a few birds rest in a tree where they passed.
Two blue jays, brighter than the ocean blue. She had always envied bird and their ability to fly in the sky. Free from everything, to do as they please. Seri believed in her freedom as well. She was a soul that couldn't be tamed; or rather refused to be. Not her father, Zeus, or any god would be able to tell her what to do. Seri smirked at the thought.
"Why do you have to go anyway?" Misha suddenly asked, interrupting her thoughts.
Seri glanced over at him and shrugged simply, "My sword is dull. I had to do it sometime." That was all there really was to it. Though it made her chuckle at his complete curiosity.
She followed his gaze to his feet and raised a eyebrow at his shoes. How had the soles not completely fallen off his feet? She shook her head with a slight grin and turned her attention back in front of her. The Forge was in sight now and Seri could make out Misha's siblings racing inside to do gods know what.
"There it is." She nearly cooed, already spelling the metallic aroma of brimstone and cooling metal. She forgot how much she enjoyed this place. The weapons and armor and heck, she even admired the makers of the creations. She couldn't make a good sword if her life depended on it. What they, or rather Misha did was amazing. No doubt about that.
She quickly picked up her pace wanted to get inside and check out the new weapons the Hephaestus kids were working on. Gods, it was like a candy store.
