"Maybe...I can introduce him to you." Seri stated very apprehensively. Andrea couldn't tell if she was afraid of her getting to know him or getting a sword like her own. The news that this rival was a male surprised Andrea. Maybe he was her brother. Andrea wasn't usually fond of Ares kids but if he was anything like Seri Andrea could find herself liking the guy. Maybe she could flirt with him a little if he wasn't taken. Eh, she wasn't so sure, especially if he was Ares.
"I don't doubt that. Intriguing, I would love to see how you fight at full strength." Andrea smiled as Seri's eyes lit up. The passion of the children of Ares for a good fight. Blood lust in its finest. Andrea found herself wanting to feel better as quick as possible so this fight could happen. But it became apparent that wasn't happening very quickly.
It had been a couple of days since the patch of purple showed up on her arm. She had been feeling odd since. Her nose had been running from time to time and she developed a small cough yesterday. Those had seemed to have gone away this morning but now she felt unreasonably hot. Like she was burning. She chanced a glance at the tear in her jeans. She had already had it patched up by the Apollo kids so she seriously doubted that it was getting infected. But it was awful funny how the fever like symptoms had hit her so suddenly after her cut leg. She ignored the lightheadedness as Seri continued.
Flashes of conversation registered while others didn't. "Keep this match...going to go blab...beat some Athena?...reputation speaks for itself...fight...I want to...Remember that." From what she was getting from the chatter was that Seri honestly didn't care what Andrea thought. It saddened her slightly but she could honestly tell what she was saying. Everything was coming and going.
"Our next battle will be in the Arena..." That's all Andrea caught before she lost all concentration. The heat was becoming unbearable and everything was getting fuzzy. She felt her legs give way and there was darkness as she hit the ground. She had collapsed right in front of Seri.
The dreams came so darkly. Swords clashed. Lightning struck. People lay dead on the side of streets, their eyes glazed over and staring blankly into nothingness. Blood, so much blood. Then the darkness... The black mist crept slowly closer. She could never tell what it was. Andrea was slashing with her sword into the shadows but nothing was happening. The darkness was finally consuming her as she screamed...
The scared wail ripped from her dream into the silence of reality. Her eyes popped open quickly to survey her surroundings. She closed her mouth as she realized she was still screaming. She was safe... but where was she?

Muse: Surprisingly nice
Notes: Lets see how Seri takes that one. lmao
