Towl flew off and landed next to a log of butter when Katerina shook him off. That was close, he thought. Next thing he knew there was a giant tea cup (well giant to him considering the size he was currently in) flying in their general direction. He went ahead and decided it was better to stay down. "Ugh... Kat, just let me know if this Hatter friend of yours is going to help... K?"
The Hatter or Sir Capper as he liked to be called these days, looked up from his crumpet after the March Hare practicly yell in his ear. He took another bite of it and spat it right back out. "I say, it's molded now... time to switch places!" With that everyone jumped over the tables and kicked more dishes around and spilt tea. (Towl was foced to grab onto Kat's ankle). "Hmm... I believe I was here just six months ago... I think... This won't do! SWITCH!"
Again the whole group traded spots and rummaged around about ten minutes before the Hatter brought up his hands for everyone to stop. "In the name of all top hats.... Right?.... I say this is where we ought to be for now...." Towl noticed it was exactly how they found them. . . "Now my dear friend Chesire! How can I be of the most help to you today? Ehehe heh heh heee!"
What was with the laugh? Towl thought.

General Appearance: Kavika dresses in dark grungy clothes. He prefers dark, baggy jeans, big boots, a couple layers of shirts and an over jacket or coat depending on the weather. All of his clothes are dark colored, often faded, and obviously old. Unless he's on a quest he keeps his dark, red hair slightly spiked in the front and doesn't worry about the rest. His complexion is pale and his eyes are a dark' dark brown. If one were to look at them as he's focusing on something, they might think he sees more than what's there. Perhaps he does, or perhaps he doesn't. Often times one will see him slouching with his legs in front of him and his arms resting on his knees. He often has ear-buds hanging from around his neck... if they aren't in his ears, that is. If you want to get his attention while his music is playing, you'd have to tap him on the shoulder at the least.
What Makes Them Them
Personality Description: Kavika isn't very social, but he does like to chat with friends as long as they come up to him first. He won't go up to others because he's actually quite shy and uncertain of himself. He'd rather just sit alone and listen to his music and/or read. Just be warned if you begin to annoy him as he's trying to enjoy himself he will literally turn to shadow, disappear and pop back up about 10 yards in some other direction. After this, he'd just continue where he left off.
There are a few people that he will seek out to have polite conversation with if he feels the fancy to. He particularly likes talking with children of Athena and visiting with the children of Morpheus. He's known an Athenian child since his adventure trying to find Camp Half-blood and has become great friends with her. This respect for her continued to other Athenian children. He appreciates their intelligence and wisdom along with their crafting abilities and that's where his appreciation of all art (in any form) originated. As for his appreciation for the children of Morpheus, he tends to like their personality and he respects the importance of their father's role in people's lives as the god of dreams.
He dislikes almost everyone else, especially, bullies, gossips, and obnoxiously over-optimistic people. For the most part, he simply finds these people annoying and tries to avoid them at all cost. However, if he sees someone being picked on, he'll step in and interfere to stop it. As for the bullies specifically he'll give them a piece of their own medicine. Kavika doesn't tolerate bullying of any kind especially when it's upon others.
Kavika also doesn't like unnecessary fighting. He prefers to talk things over as much as he can, and believes that fighting should only be used in a matter of safety. Not a way to settle simple disputes.

Family and History
Personal History: Hades is the divine father of Kavika. Kavika's mother was beautiful young lady named Sarah Kala. She was full of patience and love for everyone, and looked at every side of a situation before she made a decision on a certain issue, no matter how minor. She cared about those that were misunderstood. Hades, finding that she could see all sides of things, fell in love with her. On the 6th of December Kavika was born.
Hades didn't show up much after that, but he appeared every-once-in-a-while on Kavika's birthday and on other special occasions. For a few years Kavika had a happy childhood, but it didn't last long. As soon as his powers over shadow began to show, monsters began to notice, and they didn't care how young the boy was. When they began to attack, Kavika and Sarah's lives were never the same. They were on the run constantly, and Hades didn't show for sometime. They didn't know what to do, but, through all the chaos, Kavika and Sarah's relationship never faltered.
About a year or so of running from monsters, Hades finally showed up. They were in New Mexico when he appeared. He told Sarah that they needed to go northeast to a camp and then Kavika would be safe, thus started the pilgrimage. They made it as far as Illinois before the next catastrophe of their lives happened.
They hadn't seen a monster in a month and decided that it was time for them to relax for a while. Something they hadn't done in a while. One sunny afternoon, they picnicked by a pond. They were enjoying themselves for the first time in a while, but there were some strange noises coming from the water. Before they knew it, a hydra came up from the water and attacked. In a sudden outburst of fear, young Kavika disappeared into the shadow, and the hydra took up his mother. From then on, Kavika felt ashamed and angry for what he did and swore vengeance on the hydra.
After the hydra attack Kavika slowly continued to travel northeast on his own. When he made it to Chicago at the age of 14 (he traveled very slowly...), he was wandering his way to the outskirts of town when he walked in on a fight between a young blonde girl and a cannibalistic cyclops near the warehouse district. The girl was Juliyetta, daughter of Athena, and together, they defeated the cyclops. Kavika won his first sword that he still uses today (along with a scythe from time to time). Kavika and Juliyetta made it to Camp Half-blood together.
