Dressing Style:
If not in the usual camp half blood attire, Chara likes to wear simple clothing. Jeans and a plain top, normally. Occasionally, Chara might wear a dress. On such an occasion, the dress would usually be short (about mid-thigh, it's not sluttish, it's how the spartans liked it... so so does she). In addition to this, she'd wear converse or leather boots and have a garter-like belt strapped around her thigh with a blade attached and hidden beneath the skirt of the dress.
General Appearance:
[on one of her slightly feminine days] It's unusual. For such a girl, she has her astonishingly pretty days. She would wear her black summer dress that seems to end half way down her thigh. One might think that she is slutty, dressing with such provocative clothing. But it is quite the opposite. Wearing them for the advantage of movement, rather than being aware of how many eyes were on her bare legs. In addition to this, she is naturally beautiful. Wearing next to no make up (sometimes none at all), and could easily be mistaken for a child of Aphrodite. After all, she is rather beautiful.
What Makes Them Them
Personality Description:
Chara is secretive and cannot easily trust people. Yet she finds amusement in manipulating people into trusting her and making them think that she won't tell a soul. Chara is clever and thinks about everything in detail - whether a matter or secret is important enough to tell Artemis about, etc etc. Not that Artemis would know, but Chara does not even trust the goddess to the extent that she should. Throughout history, Artemis was more lenient. So sometimes, to find the word of a man she would have to flirt or kiss him for the information. So long as she didn't bed the man, or fall in love with him, Artemis was okay with it. Chara doesn't have many genuine friends, and finds it difficult making them.
Chara is never afraid to fight. If anything, she enjoys watching or taking part in spars/wars/fistfights all for the fun of it. She's Spartan, and beyond strong enough for it. In wars, Chara is neutral unless the outcome of a war directly benefits her. When she is angered, she likes to tease people. Sometimes with a small blade she always carries in her pockets for protection. There are times, however, when Chara is a good person... in a way. She is always there to listen, should someone need it. And there are times when she tries to be genuinely friendly or comforting. But her skills at comforting are terrible, and more than often she will only make it worse when trying to comfort someone. Comments that are supposed to hurt her won't take any effect, either. Chara's used to it and it takes a lot to emotionally hurt her. That being only if someone manages to find their way into her heart or their way into being someone she actually likes or cares for. Then maybe the comments might hurt.

Family and History
Personal History:
Back in the time when Olympus was home in Greece, there lived a woman called Aigle Nicolaides within the barbarian city of Sparta. She was provocative, yet strong. It was surprising how she had not yet died of childbirth after having had five sons and four daughters, each of different fathers. She had slept with so many men in the society of Sparta, that she was building a reputation for it. She was the woman that every man would want in their bed, though. She was strong and admirable. Not only that, but damn was she sexy. They wanted her to top them, to show them the meaning of great sex. Which she often did. It was almost like she was having sex every day. With a different man each time. Why the hell not? There were enough men in Sparta for it. Of course, there were times that these provocative activities impregnated Aigle more than just the once. The earlier mentioned nine children were the strong ones. The others had been abandoned on a mountain, seen as weak children worth nothing.
One day, she was met by a man of incredible beauty. She was out hunting when this happened. He was more tanned than her, and had such luscious blond hair. He wore a paler toga than those of the Spartan community. And even better, he had muscles. Aigle felt immediate lust for him. Just as she would for any man. And the man felt the same for her. (In actual fact, Apollo had heard of Aigle's reputation and desperately wanted in on it). And so, the two made love. Which was exactly how Chara was conceived. And they saw nothing of each other ever again.
So, nine months after having bedded the man, Aigle started to raise yet another daughter. She named her Chara. But there was something different to this daughter than of the others. And she came to realize this over time. Chara was stronger than the others (even in comparison to the boys), but she was secretive and found it incredibly difficult to trust. She could keep a secret and could be trusted. In addition to this, she never felt the love or compassion her siblings could. Her emotions were always under control, and most of the time... her smiles were fake. At the age of 16, she was sick of love. Her mother had, by now, several other children added to the list, and continued to be provocative. And whilst out hunting for her family, Chara stumbled across another woman. She wore a short tunic, and her hair tied back. Chara could immediately recognize the figure so many other women worshiped. This was Artemis, goddess of the hunt. At once, she bowed before her, feeling utterly privileged to be in her presence. And Artemis offered her a choice. Artemis desperately needed a position to be filled. A young maiden, to be granted all the powers of a huntress, but to be her spy and locate herself cleverly during any future events. Or to remain as a Spartan, living the life she currently did.
And so, until the 20th century, Chara hid herself discreetly in high positions (even if it meant being a lowly servant) in most major historical events (usually if this event took place near to where Olympus was at the time). During the early 1900s, Chara moved into Camp Half Blood. Chara claimed to be an unclaimed demigod, and lived in the Hermes cabin along with the others. That was until Hitler became chancellor of Germany. So Chara was sent in. For the period of 1933-1942, Chara went under the name "Liesel Adler". She moved around the country, and joined various Hitler Youth organizations (the young German maidens). She would exclaim about how her father was always called on business, and soon managed to learn the trust of the various leaders of the Hitler Youth groups. Of course, being a woman uninterested in reproduction, it was difficult for her to get much information. But it was always going to be more than Artemis ever could. And so, each time she moved, Chara(Liesel) would gain the trust of the group leader and hence find out certain information. It was from then, that she learned the supposed reasons for the night of the long knives and kristalnacht. All disheartening occasions, but nevertheless, questions Artemis desired answers to. In 1942, Chara fled Germany under the word of Artemis. Demigods were starting to battle one another, and Artemis believed Chara too special to lose in a battle like this. So Chara fled to America, and returned to the camp specially for demigods. Artemis left her there, promising that she would return should she need another spy. But for now, Chara was to watch the other demigods in case something should happen that could once again spark the interest of the gods. She watched the demigods live their lives, and had still not been able to drop the ability to manipulate others into trusting her. A few men even did develop a love for her, from this trust, which was soon diminished when she continuously turned them away. Eventually, it was noticed that Chara never seemed to age. And when questioned about it, Chara would always reply with a questionable answer - saying that she didn't know why, or what happened to her. That she could not remember most of her life and that perhaps the gods had decided to favor her. And since then, she's been living in the Hermes cabin as an unclaimed camper.
