RP Sample:The waves lapping onto the shore were gentle and unobtrusive, as though they didn't want to bother anybody by crashing or even really be noticed. It was a disappointment to Amadi, who had faded away from camp to run off to the beach before the demigods were released from the parameters to roam it's shores. The mass of others didn't so much make Amadi uncomfortable as it tended to piss him right the hell off. It was annoying to try and enjoy some peaceful time swimming in the waves, only to have your thoughts interrupted by the high pitched giggles of children. When he had been told they had 'allotted beach time' Amadi had nodded quietly and mentally planned to avoid the public as much as possible.
Satisfied that there was no one around, Amadi pulled his orange Camp Halfblood shirt off over his head and dropped it to the ground. The patchwork of scars across his torso, most faded but a few still clearly recent, now visible in the clear light of the sun. He then kicked off his jeans to reveal the blue board shorts he had been wearing underneath, preparing for this precise moment.
The sun beat down on him, making the cool breeze blowing across the shore not entirely unwelcome. Though that would change once he was wet. Satisfied that his clothes were far enough away from the water's edge should the tide rise drastically, Amadi took a slow breath, then ran into the ocean.
The water's cold welcome was almost enough to elicit a yelp of surprise out of him, though he choked it back in time. He kept moving forward until he was waist-deep in the water, and then dived forward, immersing his head so that he could acclimate faster. This...this was nice. If nothing else of the camp appealed to him, not the people nor the nymphs nor most of the activities...at least the beach was here. Surfacing again, he floated on his back and stared up at the sky.

General Appearance: Attila grooms himself sufficiently so he doesn't look like a vagrant, but usually doesn't care enough to do more. He holds himself with perfect posture since his fathers told him never to slouch, shoulders straight back because his fathers told him to always project confidence in everything he does. If it wasn't for his absolutely blank expression he'd look like a charismatic fellow, but his face just makes him look creepy and not totally human. Its almost worst when he tries to make expressions, though, because his eyes never follow suit.
What Makes Them Them
Personality Description:
Zen, might be a good way to describe Attila. He never smiles and never frowns, at least not without a conscious effort on his part to make these facial expressions happen. Happy isn't the way to describe him, neither in melancholy. Content is likely the most accurate description.
He' doesn't understand people, but that doesn't mean he doesn't try. He reads books to understand the mindset of others. He's the kind of person who, if someone told him that the fireplace was the bathroom, would say nothing and use it as such then thank them politely for letting him use it, while thinking to himself how queer cultures around the world can be.
Insults don't work on him, neither do compliments, but he's learned to give the appropriate response to the latter. He tries his best to be friendly and helpful, he's a rather obedient boy because it simply doesn't matter to him.

Family and History
Personal History:[/b] Mortal parent’s name and status (dead, alive, missing, etc.)
Jozsef Kovács was a loose canon cop who didn't play by the rules.
Just kidding. Jozsef Kovács was a man enthusiastic about helping the world. He was a member of the Red Cross, the only civilian organization allowed to go into war zones and negotiate with the other side. He himself was one of these negotiators, it didn't matter to him who was on what side, he just wanted to do what was best for everybody. Eirene approached him disguised as a young woman who had just recently volunteered for the Red Cross, and the next ten months were the most passionate of Joszef's life. Then suddenly he found himself with a baby on his doorstep and a note that simply said goodbye. Joszef fell into a bit of a depression, taking paternity leave to figure out what he was going ot do with Attila.
It turned out he didn't have to worry about that, though. A few weeks after he came home, he left his baby with his best friend, went to the store, and was killed tragically in a car accident. And suddenly his best friend and his best friend's husband found themselves with an unexpected bundle of joy.
Stefano and Kyle Ruiz weren't quite prepared to deal with a baby. Stefano was a scientist in the Army, and Kyle was a gourmet chef and neither of them kept normal hours. But they did the best they could. Initially the couple was concerned about Attila's lack of laughing or crying, and he was put through some extensive medical testing before it was concluded that he didn't suffer from any brain damage. He was just a weird kid.
Other Family: Stefano and Kyle Ruiz, adopted fathers[/blockquote]
And Finally...
I, PUCK, have made this entirely up. I did not rip somebody else’s application from any site, and have followed the rules accordingly.
And…? Affirmative
