paint me with the color of love ,

She was working all day with only the help of James to remodel the cabin. Some people had somehow gotten furniture for their sections, so first she had to move everything out of the cabin, mop the floors, re-paint the wood walls to make them a crisp white. Who knows the last time they were painted? It had to be done. Anyway, she had took inventory of all the furniture and mentally organized the cabin to who got what furniture and where it was all supposed to go. After that, she set up the curtain rods that Maddie had made, and then James arrived. He moved in most of the furniture (she helped, but not much with her terrible strength) and she laid down the rugs that were now in each section, as well as placing small ornaments she had bout everywhere to decorate accordingly. After that, James helped hand the navy blue curtains, but they weren't done yet.
Cinder was currently using a metallic gold paper and a blue sharpie to write a name of a god/ess on one piece, the name of a god/ess on another, and so on. She walked around placing the paper by hanging them on top of the closed flap on the exact center of each closed curtain opening. Then, the carpet was rolled out. A fuzzy, gold carpet that stretched along the entire fifty feet of the hall between dark blue curtains. The effect of it was nice, and she was satisfied. But then came the outdoor work.
But first, she just looked along the rows of curtains from the door. In the front were the four biggest sections: Nike, because they had the most kids in the cabin, The Muses, because she had stuck them together, Eros, because she was biased but didn't admit it, and Iris, because she was the cabin leader so she could. They all were eight feet by ten feet. Nike first, on the right. Then Muses across from it on the left. Then Iris and Eros were right across from each other, right behind the two biggest. The rest were as follows: the right had Eris, Melpomene, Morpheus and Boubastis. The left was Hebe, Chronus, Pancea, and a spare one in case more kids showed up. They all were six feet by ten feet, leaving five feet in the middle for the walkway. She liked it. No, she loved it.
She had figured that setting it up so siblings were together would give it the affect of having cabins, just extremely small cabins. She thought that this would minimize the fighting and give everyone a bit more privacy. And, it was certainly more organized. All the sections had at least one bunk bed, even if people were sleeping alone. In the Iris and the Nike section, there was one bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on bottom. She didn't know why the Nike kids wanted only one -- she just assumed that Max and Cara would sleep in the bottom. In her room, it was just so she could have a full bed. And if someone came, they would still have a place to sleep until I all got sorted out. She really liked this idea, and she hoped everyone else would too.
She walked into the Eros section and placed something on the wall. A drawing that Cinder had spent hours on. It was of her and James, in full color. James didnt know she was doing this, but now... She loved it. It was brig and colorful and she had somehow managed to capture their essence. A happy couple, folded into lead lines and she was happy with it. It just felt like she was happy when she was looking at it, and she wondered what James would think. Hopefully he would like it as much as she did.
Taking one last sweeping look, the beautiful girl exited that section and joined her boyfriend outside to pain the wood walls of the cabin, and make the porch look pretty.
"James, can you paint while I work on cleaning?" She asked sweetly, picking up the outdoor broom and sweeping across the porch to get the thick layer of dirt off. But then she had to scrub it; it needed to be painted also, but she would save that for another day. She had an assortment of plants that she was going to place there and make a small garden around the porch. Campers would alternate the weeding and such. All Cinder had left to do was placing plants and the outdoor rug, then wiping off the door and polishing the handle. Of course, after that she would have to paint. Or maybe she wouldn't, depending on how fast James was.
outfit.
I had prior permission to godmode James.
