party time? (open; for the party thingy)

This was the first party Jenna had ever gone too. She just did not like a big crowd of people, but in going she had a Secret Santa, meaning in her mind she would get something out of it. Only she also had to give somebody something. Jenna had just taken an old box and colored it. Inside were just some earring and a necklace that Jenna never wore. They all were something that her old parents got her before she and her sister ran away. She only packed them because she thought she could use them for money. Only the got here in less than three days. So she never got to sell them. even if she did have the chance it would be like the two stole them.

Jenna finally came back to the real world after somebody started yelling. Jenna shook her head and went into the bathroom to change. She put in her green and black contacts so that way people could see her better, her black skull shirt, the military pants her dad gave her, combat boots her dad also gave her, and her lace gloves. She put her orange hair up in a bun and her bangs braided to the bun. She checked her pocket and found the bat clip, she put it where the bun meets her head. She looked in the mirror and smiled, she thought she needed to look cute and her adopted mom always told her to but makeup on. So she did, the eye shadow went from light blue to dark blue and her eyeliner was dark blue.

Jenna took all of the stuff she brought into the bathroom out. She sat on her bed and put it in her nightstand. She took the present box that was under her bed out and put it on her bed. Jenna just looked at it. She didn't know what to do, she knew she had to go to the party but at the same time she could just go give the girl her present, gets hers and leave. Only she know people will be mad and she needs to meet new people, so that way she is not in her cabin so much.

Jenna got off her bed and took the box with her. She got out of the cabin and looked at the whole middle. Jenna sighed and made her way over to the mess hall. The one place Jenna almost never went to. She made it to the front with everybody looking at her. She wanted to go hide in the shadows like she knows she can. Instead she made her way into the mess hall and went over to sit in a corner to wait for everybody to get here.

After applying one last coat of deep red lipgloss Theresa quickly pinned her hair up into a bun, and put in a black flower shaped clip. "There.... Perfect." Taking one more look in the mirror she smiled. Normally Teddy wasn't one to act vain, but tonight she wanted to look perfect. It was after all the first camp dance that she would be attending. As to not disturb any of the other girls trying to get around for the party she quietly slipped on her boots and grabbed her gift for the secret santa and skipped out of the cabin. The nervous excitement building with each leap towards the mess hall and the party.

Upon reaching the Mess Hall Teddy froze there were so many people. Taking a deep breath she walked through the door and set down the gift set on the table with the rest of the presents. The place was very crowded, being here for almost a year now Theresa thought she knew most everyone, it turned out that she actually new very few. Her blue-green eyes scanned the crowed for a familiar face. She apologized running bumping into a few people before she finally saw someone she new. Teddy hoped that this would be a good day for Jenna, as frenemies go things were either great or terrible with these two girls.

"Well, well. I didn't expect to see your dark butt here tonight." Teddy joked lightly wrapping her slightly green tinted arms around Jenna in a sort of hug. Theresa was glad that Jenna did come though, that meant she had more of a chance of seeing her open the present that the nymph had gotten for Jenna's secret santa gift. Giving Jenna an encouraging grin she continued,"Now are you gonna sit in this corner alone all night, and make me mingle and flirt alone, or are you going to come with me and find more people to talk to?" Her excitement was getting the best of Teddy and it was showing with her sort of hyper attitude.

Jenna looked up and there was Teddy. The person she was a secret Santa to. She wanted to point out her present have her open it and leave but Jenna knew she couldn't. It would not be nice and she wouldn't get hers. She got up as teddy put her arm around her and smiled. "Lets go." It was nice to have a friend even if she wasn't really her friend. Jenna walked over to the food table and got something to drink. She was thirsty and if somebody tried to mess with her she was going to go all strifey on them. Jenna does not like people messing with her. Reminds her of a song she sings all the time. She whispered, "How can I love when I am afraid to fall." She looked up and looked around. She wanted to leave. More and more people keep entering and she was wanting to go back in her corner.

Jenna does not like more people. She is fine with just a few little group, not a bunch of people in one area at a time. Like during capture the flag, She stays near the flag so that nobody can get it. She distracts one person makes them run into another person and then the rest of the guard people attack. That is always how it is.

Teddy followed Jenna over to the punch bowl, and looked around. It might be easier to talk to people in this kind of lighting, after all her you couldn't even see the slight hint of green in this girl's skin. An unfortunate effect to being half wood nymph. "Hm?" she asked Jenna only barely hearing the mumble, she was kind of out of it tonight not used to being around so many kids. Theresa loved being around people, but this was almost over whelming. She almost felt bad for Jenna. After all Teddy knew well enough that Jenna in fact hated crowds. To try to lighten the mood the small blonde mentioned secret santa's, she did know that Jenna only did things if she could get something out of it after all. "So... On my way in I caught a package with your name on it at the secret santa table." she grinned at her frenemy hopeful.

Her eyes scanned the crowd for Cody, she still needed to learn if he wanted her to sing tonight. Even though Teddy agreed she was almost hoping that he would be fine without her, this was too many people to possibly judge. She could feel the butterflies fill her stomach and took a huge drink of punch and downed about a half a dozen cookies in minutes. Taking another drink she looked up at Jenna."Smile a little it's good for you." Feeling the other girls uneasiness she offered a solution to both of their problems."Why don't we hand out, outside. There are a lot less people there?"
