Hair: Chloë's hair is very long — it is more than halfway down her back when it's straight, which it naturally is. She usually curls it and uses a lot of anti-frizz cream, even though it won't frizz in any case.
Eyes: Chloë's eyes are dark brown (she sometimes wears colored contacts that are greyish-green) with thick, long lashes that don't usually need enhancing (however, she uses plenty of makeup anyway). They are larger than average and she often compares them to aliens' eyes.
Height: Chloë is what you might call petite at five feet, two inches tall. She makes the most of her height but is actually rather insecure about it and wears very tall heels whenever she can.
Weight: Chloë weighs a little over a hundred pounds.

Dressing Style: Chlo is quite the clothes horse, honestly. Her family being as rich and famous as it is, she is accustomed to designer, red carpet-esque brands and quite honestly shops with abandon. She doesn't really mind steals but most of the things she wears are very in and more expensive than the average person could afford to wear regularly.
General Appearance: Though Chloë is rather short at only five foot two, she is very pretty and most stop for a double take. She wears plenty of makeup but has a professional-ish hand at it and it looks as though a makeup artist has done it. She puts elaborate and perfectionistic effort into her appearance and it both shows and pays off.

Personality Description:
Having been influenced by society and the pressure of fame her entire life, Chloë finds it hard to be individual. On the surface, you would see your average, bubbly, shallow type of teenage girl. She obsesses over the latest gossip, loves expensive, stylish clothes, and spends a very long time getting ready in the morning.
But being the granddaughter of Morpheus, she does have a natural aura of mystery about her like she's hiding something...which she is, but she is also a natural liar. Almost as swift as the Hermes children (having spent a fair amount of time in their cabin — you don't hang out with all the Hermes kids and not become a Hermes kid), she can spin lies as often and extravagant as she likes (well, she's an actress, don't forget). However, she doesn't do this often because with her family in the spotlight all the time, she's under a lot of pressure and even the most minor lie could get everyone she's associated with in a pickle. However, she does lie if she needs to.
If you're close to her, you'll see there is more to her than this. She does have this really funny side, strangely enough — she loves jokes and has made up many of her own. The jokes are often crass, but she doesn't give a crap if you think they're stupid. Honestly, she is very smart but her lifestyle doesn't really give her a chance to show that much.
Well, if you want to get to that side of her, be prepared to work off your ass. She's completely guarded (she can't be too careful) and doesn't easily trust people...and telling people her secrets are an entire other matter. Even the smallest thing could be warped and get out, so she needs to be very careful about almost everything she does. Coming to Camp was even a risk because people might wonder where the Black children had gone. Yes a story had been given out, but it could have gone awry. Then where would they be?

Family and History
Personal History: Written by Damiano for Frank's application. I've modified it to mainly focus on Chloë.Chloë's story started when her mother — Victoria — was born as a child of Morpheus. Morpheus kids always have had weird powers so it came to no surprise that she was deemed an outcast throughout her early life. Surprisingly she came from a normal family, she wasn't always rich and successful. As every other demigod did she went to Camp Half-Blood after being sniffed out by a satyr, this was where she trained to become a hero. Despite this she always had bigger ambitions than to battle monsters, as selfish as it was she always had dreams of living in luxury, using her talents to become wealthy. One thing she'd always been interested in was acting. Since her youth she had been interested in movies and the whole concept of drama, although she hadn't originally perceived the dream as possible. After camp though she discovered that anything was possible.
Elsewhere Montgomery Black, a well known actor, decided to retire whilst his son — Francis Black — started his career. His career soon began to blossom and soon enough he was a household name; if you hadn't heard of the Blacks then you must have been living under a rock. Francis's brothers Joseph and Thomas had their own respective careers but neither of them was as successful as him. Francis took up an offer as acting as a Greek war hero in an up and coming film, this was where he met Victoria. The film was a perfect opportunity for her because of how close to home it was and after auditioning for it she received the role.
It was unreal that she was living her dream and on top of that, she hadn't got to worry about being some hero again. It just wasn't for her. After they finished working on the film they kept in touch and they got to know each other quickly. After a few months they realized that they was in love. The two got married and Victoria, who was once known as Icky Vicky, became Victoria Black. She had gone from having no status at all to having a high profile. Let's just say she enjoyed herself with all the money she had, going to various parties and drinking lots of fine wine.
That's where she bumped into Dionysus again. It was totally unexpected and a complete coincidence but they decided to crack jokes about camp whilst drinking. Victoria couldn't remember much of that night but she knew she had been unfaithful to Francis and she hoped nothing of it would come about again. Unfortunately she realized she was pregnant and she had to lead Francis to believe it was his so that he wouldn't find out and he didn't want to get rid of it, when the child was born he was named after his 'father' and his 'uncles.' This was Chloë's half-brother Francis "Frank."
Okay, so he was polite and respectful but he had a bad temper and everyone accused him of trying to get attention. It wasn't the case at all although he was irritated that his 'father' never found the time for him and his mother was the only one who seemed to understand him. She knew almost instantly that he had ADHD and Dyslexia and when Chloë was born, Victoria knew that she had them too.
Chloë and Frank seemed to understand each other. Both of them had the same conditions and both were treated equally by their father, in the sense that he hadn't got time for either of them. They were both unpredictable at times and their father constantly worried about them shaming the family name. They was expected to uphold the family name and become actors themselves. Despite all of this pressure though he never wanted to be an actor, it just wasn't his ambition.
When Frank turned sixteen and Chloë was fourteen their mother took them both to Camp Half-Blood where they learned about the Greek gods and how they were demigods. It didn't take long for Chloë to be recognized as a legacy of Morpheus, and her brother as that and a child of Dionysus.
