General Appearance: What is it about her? A wink of the eye, a flip of the hair? Something about her just seems to reek of trouble. Though she is petite and pretty, you would have a hard time believing that she was as innocent as she can act, and innocence really is just an act; her looks give away her true intentions. She's pretty, in a rugged, devil-may-care way, though when she wants to look nice, she's going to look nice.

Personality Description: Delaware can be a bit rough. The way she jokes, she can accidentally hurt feelings; she can also accidentally hurt someone psychically - grabbing their hands and yanking them down or trying to hard in sparring. Needless to say, competition is a big part of her - in it to win it, she says; no pain, no gain. She sees no problem in breaking herself psychically to win or just piss someone off. She tries to be kind, and she sees herself as a good person, but in reality? She is the person who would get herself kidnapped because she accidentally badmouths a Mafia biggot.
One thing that defines her as a person is how underestimated she is. She is always taken for granted, so she always tries to prove herself. While doing this, she generally remains optimistic; she doesn't like a Debby-Downer. It doesn't hurt anything that she's charming yet sarcastic and flirty enough to lie without getting caught. Unless, of course, someone she cares for gets caught. Then she can't lie to save her ass.

Family and History
Personal History:
Delaware and Victorie sprung out of Athena's head as babies, after Athena had let her thoughts wander and they appeared; she dropped them off at the nearest adoption center, and let them be. For the first years of their life, it was spent bouncing between homes; with Athena watching over them, they managed to stay together, and when they were five, they found a new home. He was a rich man by the name of Jonathan Conway.
They moved from Ireland to America a few years later for Jonathan to marry someone; Fawn Conway, their mother, joined the family. She loved them very much, as did Jonathan, and so they proceeded to be a happy family. Delaware and Victorie got into a fair amount of trouble as siblings, but usually it was Dela's fault, and usually she didn't care about the punishment.
Delaware continued to be a troublemaker, Victorie to a lesser extent, and when they were fourteen they came to camp; a charmspeaker named Joan had come, and the twins were on the next flight in. Their life at camp had been nice; they both managed to keep their Irish accent through it, though it grew sufficiently weaker.
Having been claimed by Athena, they both got friends and managed to stick together through their differences. They both continued pranking, Dela continued flirting, and if anything, they reinforced their hardcore sarcastic wit and gained enemies as well as friends. Delaware usually spent a lot of time at the Volleyball court, the lake, the beach, and loitering outside the camp store.
