This is Wolfgang Koenig. He's a pretty difficult character to explain in little words, so I'll do my best. For one, he has a split personality. One side of him is shy, quiet and is very geeky. This side of him is the side that has gotten him bullied in the past in his earlier days at camp. He's very much into board games and reading. He's very awkward, and he has a stutter, so he's not the type of person that all the social elites want to be around. To be honest, he doesn't want to be around them either.
His other side is very different. He doesn't have a stutter, and he is narcissistic. He's what a lot of campers would call evil. He has no care for life and will simply butcher people for looking at him funny. He's a deep thinker, and often fantasizes about killing and such, which tend to be one offs. However, he also has bigger plans, like the "master plan." This master plan is the plan which he'll follow to carve his name into history as an immortal Nazi.
For friendships, his nicer side is obviously is going to be liked better than his evil. Unless somebody likes his other personality's attitude and plans. Enemies are pretty easy for him to make, even when he's his nice side, because people tend to judge him or bully him. His evil side also receives a lot of hate, although he doesn't care in the slightest, unless they interfere with his plans. Relationships would be difficult for them both for separate reasons; his nice personality is very awkward and shy, thus he doesn't know how to act around a girl he likes/loves. His evil side has never felt love, and it would be difficult for him to come by, but when he feels it for a girl he will spoil them and protect them. Him being overprotective is just an understatement.
