Personality Description:
Mallory is protective and worrisome most of the time, like mother, like daughter. She wishes that she could protect the whole camp, even if that meant giving her own life to do so. She loves children and is very good with them. This may have something to do with the fact that her mother is also associated with childbirth and nurturing the young. She is loving, kind and sincere. Always willing to lend a helping hand with her magic and any other way possible. However kind she is, Mallory has discovered that not only can she do magic but also dark magic and is struggling with the choice she must make to use her power for good or evil and prays the moment she has to choose will never come, so that she can continue fliping between the both. Keeping the friends she has without raising suspicion and being kicked out of Camp Half Blood.She is a little bit over dramatic. Being unforgiving and cold hearted sometimes. When she feels the situation demands it. She loves using her magic and powers for the simplest tasks but it does tend to take a toll on her. Using her magic for large tasks (she found out during training) drains her energy.
So basically Mallory is a protective, loving, cold hearted, unforgiving girl. So yeah she is bipolar. She finds it difficult to control when and where her personalities flip. So when she feels herself starting to feel bad again, she will usually abandon what she is doing and run to her room in the Big House. Being the only child of Hecate and a camp counselor made that very easy, no fear of being caught on one of her bad days. She is deathly afraid that one day someone with discover who she truly is. Well there is always the rare case that Chiron, Mr. D or one of the other counselors would barge through her door but she wasn't too worried. She loved being a camp counselor, there weren't too many of them. Just herself, Max and Finn. Mallory wasn't all that into dishing out punishments. She just wants to help. Mallory is very smart. Normal mortals are said to use only half of their brain. being a daughter of Hecate makes her able to use her full brain to it's full capacity, which enables her to use magic.

Personal History:
Hecate is the daughter of the Titans Perses and Asteria. She is the Greek goddess of magic, sorcery, witchcraft, crossroads, trivial knowledge, necromancy and is the goddess of the Mist. She also represents the dark side of the moon, or the Harvest Moon, and is associated with many things including childbirth, nurturing the young, gates, walls, doorways, and sometimes even change. She can stay on Olympus, in the deep sea, in the Underworld, and also on Earth.
Luke met Hecate the eve of the winter solstice. Dazzling, of course. Luke loved her instantly and it wasn't long until she knew that Luke was special. He saw her for what she was and not just what the Mist portrayed. Luke Pendragon had an unusal ability to see through the Mist, and not just any mist, Hecate's mist. Her influence of the mist had no effect on Luke. And so on the evening of the Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year, in 1993, Mallory Pendragon was born, with a set of beautiful blue/green eyes. Being Hecate, associated with childbirth and all, she didn't have to go through the pain and waiting of childbirth. With a little help from magic, Mallory was born within hours.
After that however, Hacate was gone. But not for good. Being the protective, worrisome parent that she is, Hecate was back throughout Mallory's life. Teaching her magic and how to use it. So unlike many other demigods, Mallory never spent her whole life resenting her mother for ditching her and her father. Her father said that her magic made her different and that once she could control it, it would be more helpful and make her life easier. For ten years Mallory lived in the Pendragon estate, then at age 10. Mallory's emotiong came into play. Her emotions were strong and hard to control, the happiness was fine and managable but when she got angry, Mallory screamed, her magic burst from her like an explosion. Her father was to close. A blast of blue came from Mallory, rippling through the air. Plants wilted, vases broke, windows shattered, her father...dropped dead.
Crying, she held her fathers lifeless body, up until her mother came and got her. Took her away, brought her to Camp Half blood. Hecate held the small body in her arms and so when Chiron greeted the godess with the normal formalities, and asked who the child was. All hecate responded with was. "Mallory Pendragon, my daughter." Once Mallory was realsed from the infirmary and dealing with the Dionysus kids, she was brought to the Hecate cabin. There she wept for days, weeks even. Eventually she began to explore the cabin, spell books lined the walls along with potions and other magical doodads. It was at that time that Mallory began practicing dark magic, the kind that fairy tail vilans had and she would keep up with it until it consumed her. She loved both the light and the dark. She just needed a reason to bring it out.
